Dr Sanjay Bhasin, an accredited senior Lean/Continuous improvement (CI) practitioner, with experience of industrial, education and public sectors. Present position is the Head of Continuous Improvement for the National Probation Service. He obtained his PhD in Lean from Aston University. Author of various articles in reputable journals alongside two books.

Synopsis: Discuss an audit devised which proceeds to split an organisation’s Lean journey into seven evident phases. The analysis and overall information gathered by the audit would assist to both improve the Lean implementation records whilst aiding organisations to achieve higher levels of Lean maturity
